Welcome!

Dear Educator,
In order to access this site, you must have taken part in a Kingdom School Institute Teacher Training Course.

Essentially, learning means a change in your thinking, a change in your feeling, a change in your behavior.  Learning means that change takes place in the mind, in the emotions, and in the will.

If you are reading this, then we have met in Nashville and I am praying for you!    Allow me to begin by assuring you that the calling you have to teach children in His name is the most rewarding and remarkable professional journey any believer can be asked to take.   That doesn’t mean that it isn’t a difficult road, but that’s where we come in….    We believe in Kingdom Education – we believe in you.     It is our desire that this blog will be a helpful connection point with you during the coming school year.    Please check back often for perspectives and resources based on the 5 Core Values of a Kingdom Teacher as well as information concerning new initiatives being developed and upcoming training opportunities, for student as well as educators.

Once again – thank you for investing in your professional life by attending our INFUSION Teacher Training summer institute.   May God richly bless you as you serve him this coming school year.

Because of Him,

New KSi Initiatives being unveiled!

Along with drilling down on what it means to be a Kingdom Teacher, we are working on two new exciting Kingdom School Initiatives: Teaching Students to SERVE Instinctively and Choosing the Best Books for your Students [August 2010].

SERVE
We are so excited about two new initiatives being developed to assist educators in the area of servant leadership. Be watching for a dynamic website that will be unveiled in August just for those mentoring K-12 students. Through this website all of your HOW, WHY, and WHAT questions will be answered and you will be inspired to train your students to become lifelong culture changers through service. Be the first to sign up for this innovative online opportunity for High School students. It is designed to be implemented into your Student Leadership Institute, Bible Class, or Student Government Association. If you are looking for a way to ignite the following skills in your students [Leadership - Service - Communication - Thinking Creatively and Critically], then you check out the Lyceum Challenge ‘11.

The question? What is the Christian Response to Poverty?
